Medic 13 Rider's Training
Medic 13 is set up very similar to Medic 11. There are a few subtle differences
but for the most part they are the same and training on one qualifies as

Requirements for checking off on Medic 11/Medic 13
- Knows location of outside compartment equipment
- Knows location of inside equipment including bags
- Proper use of radio to encode the hospital
- Knows how to use the cell phone and find numbers for hospitals
- Knows how to use cardiac monitor / apply electrodes and defib pads
- Knowing what should be charging when vehicle is plugged in
- Familiar with the paperwork in the clipboard
- Proper cot operation/loading and unloading
- Blood borne pathogens training
